Refund policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if something isn’t quite right at (503) 654-4846.
We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, we request that you call us immediately at (503) 654-4846.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number.
Enchanté is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
For your convenience, online purchases damaged in route may be returned to store for immediate credit. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping.
We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return.
